Journal (October 5 - November 1, 1864) records arms, ammuniton, and accoutrement receipt and issue noting receipt or issue date; supplier name or officer issued to; item description and quantity. Also included are daily ordnance store receipt and shipment memoranda (May 1 - June 22, 1866) providing stock description and quantity; and occasionally, shipment weight and size (e.g., number of boxes); invoice or abstract number; and receiving or shipping officer name.
